Psychotherapy

At Liminal State Counselling, our mission is to provide a warm and supportive environment where individuals can explore their thoughts and feelings. We believe in the transformative power of self-discovery and personal growth. Our goal is to empower clients to navigate life's challenges and transitions with confidence resilience. Together, we aim to foster healing and facilitate meaningful change in every journey.

Individual counselling is a one to one conversation, where we explore what is happening for you, the struggles you are facing, and the directions you want our work to take. Individual therapy offers a personalized approach to help you gain self-awareness, build effective coping skills, and move toward a more balanced and meaningful life. In my work, I aim to create with you a safe, nonjudgemental and compassionate space where you feel at ease to explore and share your inner world. My approach is largely experiential, in that, many of the challenges you encounter in your day to day life will be directly explored, processed and worked through in session. Often leading to symptom relief, clarity, and overall wellness including emotional resilience.

You can choose between 50 minute or 80 minute sessions; whichever feels most comfortable and supportive for you. Throughout our time together, we’ll explore patterns like emotional or cognitive patterns, ways of communicating, relationships, family dynamics, and specifically areas where you may feel stuck. In areas of your life where you once felt stuck, alone, and insecure, you will likely find yourself feeling confident, flexible, and connected with your self and those important to you.
